We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manage and sell to assigned customers. Quote across Arrow's total product offering.
  • Develop relationships with customers and strategic suppliers to achieve advantage for Arrow
  • Understand the customer’s needs, now and going forward
  • Provide post-sales service, ensuring the products delivery to the customer as requested.
  • To develop commercial strategy in conjunction with the account managers
  • Coordinate with internal corporate resource groups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Focus on developing product knowledge and skills advancement through available internal training opportunities.
  • Be a team player.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE?

  • You are open to acquire new knowledge and you are not afraid of technical details
  • You have ability to communicate well with customers and understand specific customer requests
  • You have the confidence to hold business discussion with different stakeholders, whether it is an account manager, marketing colleague or decision-maker at the customer side
  • Your previous experience in sales/ customer service, especially in the Electronic Components sector is an advantage
  • You are able to operate independently and make decisions
  • You have attention to details
  • You have Business Acumen and ability to manage change
  • You are a proficient user of MS Office tools
  • You are fluent in English and Estonian languages
