Internal IT Generalist

As a part of our Internal IT team, you have the opportunity to apply your wisdom, gathered through the years, and you are excited about the opportunity to build processes, workflows and technology from scratch as needed. You are someone who embraces the opportunity to solve problems you have never faced before and you are not afraid of new challenges. You understand that the sole purpose of internal IT is to help others achieve their goals.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Taking charge of solving various complex IT tasks
• Making sure that everything is working so that Veriff employees can focus on their tasks
• Working closely with Engineering, Devops and Infosec teams
• Solving ad-hoc projects that are technically too complicated for our IT service desk
• Automating tasks and integrating tools used in IT
• Managing network infrastructure, workstations, SAAS

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• Experience in working in a larger (=> 100) company 
• Skills to handle and enjoy Linux, Windows and Mac
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in written form (Additional languages are a big plus)
• A familiarity with ITIL principles.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, a university degree in IT is a plus
• Willingness to work both independently and as part of wider teams
• A love of automation and can automate by writing and reading scripts or other tools
• An eye for detail
• The ability to work remotely - the rest of the Internal IT team is located in Estonia

You’re an especially awesome match if you:

• Have led large scale technical projects to improve the work life of a large number of employees
• Are experienced in network infrastructure 
• Are familiar with COBIT (as a plus)
