Internal Communication and Employer Branding Specialist Baltics

About the job

To ensure and implement effective and systematic internal communication within IKEA organizations in the Baltics with the goal to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for employer branding activities and communication with the goal to develop IKEA as even more attractive employer internally and externally. 

Your tasks will include

• Systematic and effective internal communication within IKEA retail organizations in Baltics: creative concepts and solutions, planning and implementation with local organizations;
• Employer branding and internal communication projects management, cooperation and coordination with organizations’ stakeholders;
• Internal communication text works in English and one of local Baltic countries’ language;
• Organization of internal events.

To be successful in this role you need to have

• At least 2 year experience of internal communication and employer branding activities in local or international organization;
• Experience in developing employer brand in the organization;
• Excellent project management, cooperation with different organization stakeholders skills;
• Ability to track the results, monitor the KPIs, adjust the tactics to meet the goals;
• Experience of preparing internal or external communication texts;
• Ability to react and adjust to switfly chaning situation, tasks, prioritities;
• Fluent or very good in English (spoken and written).

Salary 1170 EUR/month before paying the taxes.
