Job Description
Work and capacity study (operation time measurement, line balancing optimization, determination of cycle times, bottlenecks and line capacity);
Work methods analysis and improvement;
Handling of work study/capacity databases;
Layout management (analysing and improvement of the floor space utilization, layout creating, updating and implementation);
Continuous improvement of production process by using Lean methods/tools;
Participation in Process Audits.

Requirements
University degree in technics;
Computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD);
Initiative and results orientated, has a strong personal drive and social skills;
Good cooperation and communication skills;
Fluent in Estonian, English and Russian.
