Job Description

• Purchase required items and services with agreed price, terms and conditions
  
• Identify, select, approve and negotiate agreements with suppliers
  
• Assure that agreements, meta and master data are registered in standard IT environments
  
• Basic knowledge of the products within own responsibility
  
• Identify possibilities for improvements of routines, documentation and work process
  
• Develop commodity strategies and perform supplier governance
  
• Handling of invoice issues

Requirements

• English language in writing and oral, Russian basic knowledge
  
• Computer skills medium level (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  
• Analytical and basic financial skills
  
• Service minded and have willingness to solve problems
  
• Strong business focus and goal orientation
  
• Economical or technical university degree or High School, College level education
