INDIRECT PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

• Managing global projects and contributing to saving initiatives
• Execute administrative and operational indirect procurement tasks
• Execution and development of reports
• Supporting and collaborating with multiple regions as required
• Partner and consult closely with internal stakeholders
• Ensuring continues Indirect Procurement process improvement
• Foster Relationship with Suppliers
• Leading negotiations and contracting in English
• Supporting finance related projects and saving tracking
• Work independently on assigned projects and tasks
• Monitor and report on the results and performance of indirect procurement activities

• More than 3 years of experience in Procurement Management is required
• Academic background in business administration / finance is an advantage
• Profound knowledge of global procurement processes
• Strong negotiation skills in English
• Results-oriented with a dedicated work style and persistent in achieving objectives
• Strong analytical abilities and proficient in prominent procurement applications (Coupa preferred)
• Ability to influence and establish successful working relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
