Job Description

Here’s just some of your responsibilities:

• Understand the hiring profile of each open opportunity;
• Screen potential candidates and understand their background and skill sets;
• Search for right candidate for different tasks through different platforms & genuine sources;
• Write engaging and comprehensive job postings to attract candidates to open roles in Tallinn & Berlin;
• Utilize social networks and online tools to proactively source and communicate with passive talent;
• Establish a global sourcing strategy, you will let us know what is the most efficient;
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures;
• Maintaining and managing records/reports related to hiring process.

Requirements

You’re most likely to succeed, when you:

• Have at least 5 years of respective experience. Ideally you’ve worked in a startup or high growth company before.
• Are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and an always-changing environment;
• Are experienced in sourcing candidates for niche roles;
• Have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Excel at relationship/network building and maintenance;
• Can work both in a team and on your own.

Bonus points for:

• Understanding insurance business.
