Preparing HR development plans.
Supporting and cooperating with management team in HR related issues.
Preparing targets for recruitment, training and development, HR services and events.
Conducting recruitment and selection procedures.
Overseeing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health issues.
Managing external employment agencies, training companies and other service providers.
Minimum 2 years experience in HR management and development.
Deep interest in HR management.
Understanding of Estonian HR related laws and legislations.
Good attitude and willingness to learn new things and to develop himself.
Estonian as mother tongue, good in English and Russian.
