Job Description

• Providing assistance to the HR sector
• Provide administrative support for guard force operating procedures and instructions
• Preparation of documents, coordination and management of document flows
• Coordinating the flow of work in liaison with other staff members, units and departments involved, as well as with external parties; organisation and participation in events and workshops
• Keeping an agenda, organising and coordinating appointments, meetings for the units and departments
• Assisting in all planning, execution and monitoring processes; providing input to reports

Requirements

• University degree or secondary education and at least 3 years of proven professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in HR
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment
• Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment
• Advanced level of English
