Job Description
- Own and drive Employee Lifecycle standard operational activities: onboarding, employment documentation, offboarding
- Ensure that systems (HRIS) and other databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy and provide reports where needed
- Managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and screening for IT and business positions
- Being the first point of contact providing an amazing employee experience
- Being responsible for statistics and reporting in your workstream
- Contribute to the other HR team initiatives and assisting the Head of HR
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Estonian Labour legislation
- Experience in recruitment and conducting interviews
- Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently and effectively, juggle several projects
- Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian, Estonian languages
