HR Specialist

The HR Specialist is a key person locally to ensure all employment matters are handled by laws and regulations, as well as ensuring we have the correct persons in correct positions with the needed skills. Also payroll issues are part of the responsibility.

You are perfect candidate, if you have previous experience of handling HR matters, excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Estonia and understanding of payroll matters. You are fluent in Estonian and English (Finnish is a plus) and you consider yourself a good team worker, self- determined and you have ability to influence others. Some travel is expected within Estonia and to Finland.
