Job Description

Are you passionate about all aspects of the employee lifecycle and be a partner to business managers?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Be a member of the business area management team. Proactively coordinate, lead and drive HR and People management related tasks within the business area across four countries;
  • Implement group common HR processes within culture, leadership, compensation and people management. Support business area management to transform the strategy and business plan into people related issues and actions;
  • Support the organization through workforce planning. Continuously monitor and update resource action plans in order to proactively manage the workforce;
  • Be a partner to business managers in talent- and succession planning, supports managers to identify potential, prepare and implement development plans;
  • Have regular contact with the union/work council. Conduct negotiations and advise managers about questions related to the collective labour law;
  • Ensuring that tasks and processes are performed according to Group and local standards, laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration or equivalent;
  • Previous working experience as an HR partner in international setting, preferably in Financial Services or Technology area;
  • Very good influence skills in communication and change management;
  • Experience in utilizing data to support our business in strategic choices and direction;
  • Business acumen competency and ability to translate strategy into organization development plans;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability in relationship management;
  • Excellent English skills, verbally and written.
