Job Description
- Organizing staff development, adaptation process and onbording
- Conducting and analyzing employee satisfaction surveys
- Recruiting, placing job advertisements, perform practical organization of personnel selection documents, participating in the personnel selection process
- Maintenance of personnel records in accordance with legal requirements and the company regulations
- Advising company employees on personnel management issues to ensure the execution and storage of personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments
- Preparing employment contracts, their amendments, orders in personnel matters
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1+ years of HR experience in a similar role
- Experience working in an international company is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Estonian employment law and legislation
- Previous experience with administrative tasks and office management tasks
- Strong Estonian and English language proficiency; Russian is an advantage
- Confident and compelling communicator with all levels of the organization
- A team player who acts with integrity and treats everyone with respect
