HR Manager - People & Culture Division People Partner

Job Description

We are looking for a Division People Partner (HR Manager) to our global People & Culture team to enable and support our continued rapid growth and business expansion. Your role is to partner with our Division Lead for our Ride Hailing Division and together drive the People agenda on a strategic as well as operational level. You'll report directly to the VP People & Culture and are a member of the People & Culture Management Team working together on Bolt's overall People strategies & initiatives as well as Division specific needs.

In your role you will diagnose and assess needs of the Division's managers and employees in order to ensure a pro-active, efficient and qualitative HR expertise and support. You need to have experience from a global environment, have worked as a HR Manager, can adapt to challenges quickly and are passionate about startup culture.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic, tactic and operational HR initiatives & support to the Division’s Management Team to create an excellent employee experience
  • Lead, support & develop a team of Regional People Partners - Our Regional People Partners are our local heroes handling multiple countries and a mix of several business verticals. 
  • Culture & values - Maintain and drive Bolt’s culture & values as an enabler for success in a fast growing and culture driven company
  • Workforce planning & recruitment - Together with the Division Management Team, analyse, plan and support the Division Management team on competences needed, location, candidate profiles, Job Descriptions and collaborate with the Recruitment team and Regional People Partners for an effective and qualitative recruitment process as well as an excellent candidate experience
  • Performance & Talent Management - Lead and support the Division in Performance & Talent processes
  • People Analytics & Data - Proactively prepare & monitor people data, provide reports and analytics to the division as well as VP People & Culture to be able to take data driven decisions
  • Learning & Development - Initiate Division specific Manager & staff training activities aligned with Bolt’s overall L&D strategies and initiatives
  • Lead employment relations aligned with local labor law
  • Drive Division specific Comp & Ben strategies aligned with Bolt’s overall C&B-strategies and initiatives. Provide C&B insights & expertise. Plan and handle the Division’s salary reviews aligned with Bolt’s overall remuneration principles. 
  • People & Culture projects - Participate in or lead internal People & Culture projects to support Bolt's growth as well as create the best working place for our people

Requirements

What we expect:

  • Experience from a global environment
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role as HR Manager leading direct reports and handling all aspects of the People Life Cycle
  • Relevant education within the HR field 
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • Labour law - Solid knowledge about labour law
  • Problem solving - You can tackle very loosely defined problems and deliver an organised output
  • Experience from a rapid growing organisation/startup is an advantage
