Hello! I am Filipp Levada and I am the owner of Levstal Group and now we’re looking for a Lean Coach&Project Manager for our dream team.Levstal Group is a steel construction family company,  with a yearly turnover of 30 million euros, what does it mean for you? A lot of interesting goals and great and stable earning. We need great specialists who want to grow up with us, who are able to solve unconventional problems, who show initiative and are clear in their goals. To succeed in this role, we believe that you: 

  • have experience in onboarding employees 
  • experience in manufacturing or construction is welcome
  • know how to coordinate and teach  all team members
  • have experience in developing an employee motivation system 
  • ready to be a go-to person for our team
  • fluent in Russian and English, Estonan
