Job Description

• Recruitment support and coordination from vacancy to on-boarding
• Maintaining HR data in Global/Nordic
• HR Reporting at Global and Nordic level
• Support implementation of Global/Nordic HR processes
• Supporting managers and employees in personnel matters
• Payroll for Estonian legal entity (Cooperation with Accounting Department)

Requirements

• Good English skills (speaking and writing) is a must. Ability to speak and understand Russian would be considered an advantage
• Previous experience within HR relevant tasks (preferably in Baltic level)
• Good command of MS Office and preferable SAP or similar HR system
• Knowledge of relevant Labour/taxation legislation
• Ability to solve problems and to work within limited time schedule
• Ability to work independent with remote support and to find solutions using legislation and company directives;
• Good planning/organizational skills to manage variety of tasks
• Solution-oriented

Company offers

We offer a 6 – 8 months (March to October) maternity interim position with the responsibility of all HR operational topics in Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania. Reporting to Nordic HR Head, located in Finland/Denmark.
