Job Description
As an HR Business Partner, your job will be far from one-dimensional.
Your role will focus on partnering with multiple business units to deliver outcomes across the HR life cycle and support in constructive employee relations. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like managing recruitment projects, organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and crafting HR policies. You will use HR Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Requirements
Your profile:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner in an international company.
- Deep understanding of labor law and employment equity regulations.
- Good knowledge of HR processes, passionate about delivering excellent employee experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Confident, reflective, flexible and proactive.
- Good time management skills, critical thinking, analytical and goal oriented.
- Happy to support the change process and able to work in a fast and varied role.
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Very good Estonian and English skills both in written and verbal are essential.
