• Oversee, organize and participate in recruitment and selection process
• Secure implementation of training and development programs according to business needs and company policy
• Secure implementation of performance management and succession planning programs
• Secure implementation of compensation & benefit programs as well as other motivation programs. Secure administration of these programs
• Oversee and secure Health & Safety compliance with local regulations and cooperate with outsourced partners
• Compiling and processing personnel files
• Secure effective management and resolution of all employee relation issues
• Provide support in human management processes and relations for all managers

Ootused kandidaadile

• Higher education or other HR related diploma
• Professional HR knowledge with at least 3 years’ experience preferably within a retail organization
• To know the labor law and enactments which regularize the employment relationship
• Strong coaching, group facilitation and presentation skills
• Self – starter with ability to work across organizational and cultural boundaries with hands on approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge - both written and oral of English, Estonian; Russian will be considered as an advantage
• A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/more projects and complex situations in the same time
• Flexibility for traveling is required
• Computer literate – MS Office package, experience working with Taavi will be considered as an advantage
