Horticulturist Assistant

The Role:
We are looking for a Horticulturist Assistant for our Tartu office to help ensure the ongoing development of Click & Grow's indoor gardens and plant testing.
Job Description:
- Setting up and completing plant tests according to a test plan
- Test reporting and making database entries
- Taking care of our indoor gardens in the office and in plant testing labs

We are looking for the following qualities:
- Interest in and thorough knowledge of plants
- Skills for creating content about plants (for example blog, photos, drawing plants)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and a developed sense of duty
- "Out of the box" mindset
- Passion for plants, constant desire to improve
- BS degree/vocational qualification in gardening or applicable work experience
