Hilton HHonors Customer Service Representative's job is about assisting Hilton HHonors Members by answering requests received by phone, fax, email or letters either by the guest direct or a hotel.
We require full and part time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES who are fluent in verbal and written in ENGLISH and in one of the following languages: SWEDISH, NORWEGIAN or DANISH.
Applicant must have good communication and computer skills, possess good customer service skills and the desire to exceed customer expectations.
Applicant must be ready to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
