Job Description

We are looking for an experienced full-time High Priority Customer Support Specialist, who will make it easy and effortless for all Bolt users regardless of their country of location.

 

  • Representing Bolt in any English speaking market
  • Supporting the safety of Bolt's users
  • Boosting brand loyalty by showing our users what excellent customer support looks like
  • Contributing to and sharing ideas that improve the quality and efficiency of Bolt's customer support
  • Being a key player in building a support team in a challenging growth environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Flexibility to work weekends and in shifts
  • A customer first attitude with a passion to help others
  • Curiosity as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt
  • Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • Have excellent spoken and written English skills (Any other language is a plus)
  • Be passionate about new technologies and ridesharing
