Healthcare Insurance Consultants (Norwegian language)

Do you like to help others and are you confident using computer as part of your daily work? Do you have previous experience in healthcare?
Webhelp OÜ is looking for people that are calm and solution oriented with good language skills (both spoken and written) in Norwegian language and in English as Healthcare Insurance Consultants. Daily work will be communication by e-mail with the insurance holder and hospital/treatment facilities to make sure the insurance holder gets the treatment he/she is entitled to according to their subscribed insurance.

Job Description
• Answer emails and enquiries from customers in Norwegian language;
• Identify each customer’s medical needs and assign their case to the correct hospital/treatment facility according to the insurance terms and conditions.

• Good Norwegian language skills (at least B2 level);
• Good English language skills (at least B2 level);
• Previous background in medicine or healthcare (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, etc.) will be a huge advantage.

Note that the working schedule is 24/7 (of course the shift itself is within normal hours). That means also night shifts but on the other hand it makes the working schedule very flexible.
