Health & Safety Consultant

• Inspecting, testing, and evaluating workplace environment, equipment, and practices to ensure safety standards and government regulations.
• Designing and implementing workplace processes and procedures for safe work environment.
• Creating and conducting training courses, instructions and exercises.
• Performing regular audits and inspections (independently, with external Health & Safety service providers and with authorities or public bodies).
• Coordinating external Health & Safety service providers.

• Finished higher education.
• 2 years of experience in Health and Safety field.
• Very good knowledge of legal basis for work, civil and fire safety.
• Fluent Estonian and English, knowledge of Russian and/or German is an advantage.
• Good communication and cooperation skills.
• Being result-orientated, easily adapting to changes and having good problem-solving skills.
• B-category drivers’ license.
• Willingness to go for a training abroad.
