Job Description

We are looking for a talented recruitment professional who will work primarily with management at group level, to research, find, select and recruit strong team members both in Estonia and internationally. While the main focus will be external, you will also handle the internal personnel activities.

Requirements

You have:

• very strong experience recruiting sales staff
• recruited technical IT staff
• experience recruiting management at different levels
• led headhunting projects probably for a known headhunting consultancy
• both an operational and strategic viewpoint

You are:

• loyal, persuasive, friendly with a natural sales-tendency to bring new staff on board
• dedicated, focused, achievement-oriented
• intelligent, calm and objective
