Head of Strategic Partnerships – Bolt for Business

Job Description

 

  • Establishing strategic partnerships in line with the B4B Director’s vision
  • Design and implement a strategic partnerships acquisition strategy
  • Building a pipeline of partnership opportunities across Europe and Africa
  • Developing the deal type, mechanisms and contractual agreements B4B uses
  • Reaching out, managing the sales process and closing international and national strategic partnership deals
  • Managing a portfolio of strategic partnerships
  • Meeting and exceeding acquisition targets
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

 

Requirements

 

  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of successful previous experience in B2B sales, consistently exceeding targets, with at least 4+ years in a strategic partnerships lead position, closing deals with international partners.
  • Proven capability to lead and deliver fast and significant multi-million Euro growth, through partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to close large international scale deals, including contract drafting and negotiating.
  • Industry expertise, particularly in selling B2B service/SaaS products.
  • Relentless drive to achieve results, strong-willed, motivating and cool under pressure.
  • Experience working in a very quick moving well-funded scale-up.
  • Someone who gets hands-on and is excited to get involved closing big deals and building strategic partnerships.
  • A relentless self-starter who is loves closing the biggest deals.
