Job Description

We are hiring a Tallinn/Tartu-based Head of People to lead the growth of the team - from 40 to over 100 in the next two year. This is a great opportunity for a driven self-starter who's eager for the opportunity to make a big impact at a fast-growing company. Your support and advice will be invaluable in Fractory’s mission to make manufacturing more sustainable and efficient.

 

You will:

 

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage a team of HR and recruitment specialists
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

 

  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian.

 

Education and Experience

 

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience.
  • Start up / tech industry experience preferred
