Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage an effective legal compliance program.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct comprehensive risk mapping.
• Act as the AML contact person and oversee sanctions compliance.
• Manage compliance-related inquiries from internal and external parties, including regulators and government agencies.
• Support the enhancement of systems, methodologies, and process improvements to strengthen compliance frameworks.
• Provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders on compliance matters, addressing queries, and assisting with the interpretation of regulatory requirements.
• Deliver compliance training across the organization.
Position Requirements
• Degree in Law (preferably Master's).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a credit institution or investment firm, ideally as an AML contact person or responsible for sanctions compliance.
• Fluent in Estonian and English; additional proficiencies are an advantage.
