Sales Manager is responsible for the full sales process in assigned segment and sales territory.
- Sell directly to the customers, achieve sales targets – the emphasis of the job is on active field sales
- Search for the new customers, identify and meet customer needs, develop the business
- Track record of high-value, complex sales, specifically solution sales
- Provide needed support as being key account manager to existing customers
- Forecast and report to the Ascom Miratel Oy Sales Director in Finland
- Experience and proven success in direct sales, experience with technology driven products and services is a strong asset as well as knowledge of public procurement
- Experience of hospital sales is appreciated
- Technical, business or healthcare related education
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- High initiative, ambition, result orientation, good time management and organizing skills
- Good English and Estonian both spoken and written, spoken Russian and/or Latvian
- Clean driver license and willingness to travel extensively
