- Leading the technical resolution through knowledge in platform design and development.
- Perform 2nd level & 3rd level support to all customers' infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environments.
- Achievement of a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Written and spoken English (German or other additional foreign language is advantage).
- Knowledge of Lotus Domino server & Lotus Notes client.
- Knowledge of Sametime 3.0 and Quickplace is an advantage.
