Group Internal Communication Manager

Job Description

You will be working together with the Headquarters' topmanagement being responsible for Group internalcommunication, carrying Bigbank's vision, mission and values,supporting managers on communication related matters, drivingstrategy and communication related events and working withboth internal and external employer branding.

Requirements

  • You have BA degree in social sciences (communication,public relations, human resources, journalism or similar).
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in similar position ormarketing related position, preferably in a companyoperating in several countries.
  • You have experience in developing communication plans tosupport business objectives, driving delivery from start tofinish.
  • You have experience in mapping, developing and using of allkinds of internal and external communication tools andmethods (electronic, print etc.).
  • You have exceptional planning and prioritisation capabilities.
  • You have ability to manage many projects simultaneously athigh quality level.
  • You have high level of extraversion, creative mind andemotional stability.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, very good content writing and social media skills.
