Group Airline Service Agent (Norwegian or Danish language)

• Managing group and individual reservations
• Issuance of group tickets and ancillary services (excess luggage etc.)
• Controlling the invoices issued to official entities and agents;
• Update Communication with the market
• Pricing analyses
• Managing customer relations daily duties
• Handling customer contacts by e-mails and incoming calls

• Fluency in Danish or Norwegian and English both in written and spoken
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Good computer skills
• It is considered as an advantage if you have worked with Amadeus Reservations System
