We are now looking for a Graduate, Project Engineer to join our team in Otepää, Estonia. During the programme you will have international assignments in the UK, China or USA.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and distribute a description and timeline of the project
• Undertake risk assessments within the workplace, update current risk assessments
• Collect, analyse and interpret data/statistics
• Identify possible improvements and design/implement appropriate solutions
• Write and update user manuals and training materials


Additional information:

This graduate position is a fixed term position, but our aim is to continue the journey with you even after the programme.

UPM Graduate Programme is a paid position.

Requirements

Who you are:

• You have a recognised technical qualification (degree level or equivalent), preferably in ergonomics
• You are proficient in the use of MS Office
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Estonian is seen as an asset
• You are highly motivated by the challenge of continuous improvement
• You work in a calm, controlled manner in a fast moving environment
• You are a real team player
• You are effective and clear in written and verbal communication
• You demonstrate analysis and problem solving capabilities
• You have strong presentation and decision making skills
