Job Description

- Customer visits for machines' maintenance

- Build relationship with customers

- Maintaining and set up of new service contracts

- Validation and final acceptance of machines from production

- Comissioning of projects at customer

- Customer online and on-field support

- Bringing improvement for technology 

- Creating and improving technical documentation 

Requirements

 

- Strong understanding in mechanics

- Self-organized

- Very good English

- Ability to push your position

- Computer skills

- Ability to travel (ca 30% of time)

- Driving licence (B)

 

Beneficial:

- Knowledge in electronics and/or automation principles

- Higher education

- Estonian & Russian language

- Experience with ERP system

Additional information

Production is located in Narva however work from home office possible.
