Global Payroll Analyst

We are looking for a Global Payroll Analyst with at least 4years experience to join our HQ team in Tallinn. This person will lead and support the delivery of the end-to-end payroll process for the region of responsibility, ensuring that Payroll performance is consistently satisfactory based on the defined metric targets

 

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Managing the full end to end delivery of payroll in area of responsibility
  • Reviewing and getting approval for final payroll result prior to payment.
  • Ensuring payroll is delivered on time and accurately whilst maintain satisfactory payroll service metrics
  • Resolving payroll queries & escalations
  • Monitoring payroll processes to ensure they meet legal compliance and Company Code of Business Process requirements
  • Providing country specific expertise and legislation knowledge and monitoring the correct implementation of it: Tax, social legislation, labor agreements
  • Facilitating, reviewing, and verifying timely quarterly and year-end reporting
  • Managing and responding to payroll inquiries within SLA timeframes
  • Documenting payroll processes and procedures with the ability to suggest best practices and opportunities
  • Demonstrating expertise in payroll business processes and understanding assigned and cross functional areas, developing, and providing training and education
  • Assisting with internal and external audits and data gathering
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting to support the business

Requirements

We are looking for:

  • Higher education in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 4+ years work experience in global payroll
  • Knowledge of different payroll related softwares like Workday/Cloudpay/ADP Streamline/Immedis/Papaya etc
  • Very good understanding of different aspects of payroll rules and regulations especially in global sector
  • Experience and knowledge of local laws & taxation
  • Detail-oriented, but also having generalisation skills
  • "Can-do" attitude and ability to prioritise and deliver
  • Strong team player, but also able to work independently
  • Tech-savvy and have an eye for details
