Global Marketing Manager: E-Scooters

We are looking for an experienced marketer to develop and implement the global marketing strategy for Bolt’s rental products: e-scooters and e-bikes.

Bolt e-scooters are already available in 45+ cities and 15+ countries across Europe and we’re looking to expand to new markets – to make eco-friendly transportation available for more people. Did you know that we’re making our e-scooters climate positive by the end of 2020?

As the Marketing Manager for Bolt e-scooters, you’ll be in charge of driving the marketing and PR strategy for our rental products. You will also work with our local operational teams to carry out various e-scooter marketing initiatives in different markets.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Create a long-term brand and marketing strategy for Bolt e-scooters and e-bikes
  • Be the key person implementing all the local marketing activities in collaboration with our country teams
  • Position Bolt as the thought leader in micromobility space
  • Come up with creative ideas for new marketing initiatives for building the Bolt e-scooters brand
  • Coordinate the marketing activities for rider acquisition, safe riding education and local collaborations
  • Be in charge of the content for the social media accounts (Facebook + Instagram) for Bolt e-scooters
  • Help to coordinate photoshoots and video projects; and build a photo bank for Bolt e-scooter marketing
  • Report on all the marketing activities and keep the campaigns well documented, ensure that all teams are aware of the latest e-scooter marketing best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with a wide range of online + offline marketing channels
  • Experience in managing and scaling international marketing initiatives
  • Experience in a fast-growing technology company will give you plus points
  • Good sense of branding and style, photography skills are a plus
  • Excellent English copywriting skills
  • Proven organisational and planning skills
  • Data-driven approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results
