Global Grocery Delivery Manager

We are looking for the Grocery Delivery Manager who will take the ownership of grocery delivery business from A to Z, and will report to the Director of Operations at Bolt Food.

It’s an exciting opportunity as you would build global business for Grocery Delivery and other new initiatives from zero, work with smart people from HQ and local markets, and have global impact, and see results of your work each day.

Bolt Food currently operates in 13 countries across Europe & Africa and will expand to more markets in the next years! 

• Launch and scale grocery delivery business within Bolt Food. You will start from ground zero and need to design launch strategy, growth strategy, build financial model, plan and execute operations, hire a dedicated team, prioritise grocery features on the product roadmap, and own many other projects. Once business model is proven, you will be tasked to scale and manage Grocery Delivery and other new products globally;
• Own key financial and operational metrics. Order value, delivery cost, profit margin, delivery time, ratings - we want you to own key business metrics for grocery delivery business & work on improving KPIs to build sustainable and scalable business; 
• Own key partnerships. Sign key grocery partners in various countries, establish strong relationships, integrate products for more efficient operations;
• Multitask with high performance output. As it’s a startup within a startup, be ready to wear multiple hats & keep high productivity and focus;
• Stakeholders management. You will closely work with the HQ team (Operations, Product, Marketing), local teams, and external partners; 
• Pricing and inventory strategy. How should we price grocery products? What about delivery price? How many SKUs should we list for each grocery partner? How can we optimise inventory to reach highest conversion rates and retention? All these questions are important to build scalable business, and you will work on addressing these business topics;
• Analytics. Build actionable Looker dashboards that bring visibility over business performance and are actionable.

• 5+ years of experience in Management, Operations, Business Development, Strategy, or related field
• Strong experience managing teams; ideally in an international company
• Experience launching and growing businesses (good to have)
• Strong analytical skills & can apply data to make business decisions
• Bias towards execution and achieving results 
• Great Excel skills 
• Can easily network with people of all background
• Must be willing to travel across different markets and relocate to Estonia
