Job Description

• Answering and solving technical cases via phone calls and emails
• Registering, handling, escalating customer complaints
• Detecting problems and troubleshooting for personal computer components
• Installing, configuring, upgrading and maintaining desktop computers

Requirements

• Excellent and fluent written and verbal language skills in German
• Good language skills in English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications and MS Operating Systems
• Very good knowledge of computer hardware
• IT/technical knowledge and work experience is an advantage
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts from Monday till Friday between 9 a.m to 6 p.m
