Job Description
In the Cross-Border Unit we support our customers by communicating with them directly over the phone and via email and behind the scenes by monitoring and analysing our processes to ensure a seamless customer journey. In addition, our employees play an active role in developing our products and in thinking of how Bigbank could be branded and represented in Cross-Border countries (DE, AT, NL).
Requirements
- You are fluent in both verbal and written German and English
- You have very good communication skills
- You are tech savvy and know your way around basic computer applications
- You are inspired to try and use new technologies and tools
- You are able to work both individually and with the team
