CloudBest is a company managing international projects in the sector of new technologies and Blockchain. As a shared services center, we focus on business support services including software development, creation and publishing of marketing content, customer service, administrative support, automotive industry development. Currently, for our client - a newly established Estonian company in the Blockchain sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

General Manager

Location: Tallinn

• 2 years of work experience in blockchain industry;
• At least 5 years’ experience of work on managerial position or in running a company;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Estonian, preferred level C1;
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency knowledge is a must;
• Proven experience in dynamizing start-up teams;
• Strong problem-solver with “can-do” mentality;
• University degree in Finance or Technology, MBA would be an asset;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products;
• Experience in process implementation and enhancement;
• Experience in managing multinational projects involving multiple parties.

• Responsible for company’s ongoing financial operations;
• Analysing financial results and optimizing costs;
• Co-operation with Business Development and IT departments on creation and implementation of new solutions;
• Working with vendors;
• Looking after company’s legal aspects along with Legal Department;
• Pro-actively hire, train and develop talent;
• Identify and chase opportunities for expanding business.
