General Assistant

We are looking for a bright-minded and outgoing General Assistant who will be an invaluable part of our growing team!

Day-to-day you will be:

• Support our team, by performing general clerical work, such as a file, manage and retrieve documentation and prepare agendas and presentations.
• Work together with different departments on various interesting projects.
• Manage our offices and oversee office supply needs.
• Make travel arrangements for our employees and partners.
• Organize fun team events, workshops, and activities. 
• Bring forth initiatives to improve our internal processes. 

You are most likely to succeed, if:

• You have administrative experience working in an administrative position and are familiar and comfortable performing administrative and clerical tasks.
• You have great communication skills and enjoy working with people.
• You are responsible, independent, and good at managing your time.
• You can perform a wide variety of tasks throughout the day, often needing to change directions at a moment’s notice.
• You’re a natural problem solver who can get creative when needed. 
• You work well in a fast-paced environment and are quick to learn/adapt. 
• You are fluent both in Estonian and English. 

Big bonus points if you have experience in a start-up/IT field, but it is not a must-have - we also hire on the entry-level and provide you all the support you need to help you get started!
