The Role

We are looking for a talented Animator to join our Game Studio in Estonia. In the role you will be creating multi-platform slot/social games from initial concept to released product. You’ll have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude to get things done, producing the kind of work that people are going to talk about.

Key Responsibilities

- Taking design assets, resources, animation guidelines and turning it into a high quality animation
- Maintain existing products and provide assets for marketing purposes
- Assist designers and programmers in the integration of animation
- Continue to develop a strong technical understanding of your discipline and Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator and Spine
- Create animation concepts and storyboards for new games
- Come up with new creative ideas for visual effects and animations
- Ability to follow guidelines and our production pipeline

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge and use of animation principles
- Proficiency in the following animation software: After Effects, Spine
- Ability to communicate your ideas to team members
- Ability to create animation storyboards
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Attention to details
- Be able to take critique and work in a team

The Person

- Have a creative imaginative mind-set
- Great sense of Timing and Spacing
- Great concept skills with a good eye for composition and colour
- Attention to detail and delivery timings are key requirements
- Have self-initiated projects available to see
- Have an understanding of multi-platform and the online world
- Be able to adhere to and follow existing styles and brand guidelines

Desirable/beneficial

- Design and illustration skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Traditional drawing
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS In relation to animation
- Online gaming and/or Casino Game experience
