Job Description

Responsibilities:
As Front-End Support Agent, you will help our customers with everything from simple IT issues such as password reset and guidance in our systems to more advanced technical support. You are a communicative person and enjoy managing customer relationships via telephone, e-mail, and our ticket system. You will monitor, review, and handle incoming cases through our ticket system with the help of our Back-End team.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong digital literacy skills and proven ability to navigate within unfamiliar software
• Self-starter, able to make use of downtime efficiently and productively
• Solid understanding of confidentiality and other professional codes of conduct
• Service-minded, accountable and with a positive attitude
• Technical mindset and eager to dive into our sophisticated technical system
• European Union member state citizenship
