Requirements

FreeBSD
Linux (preferably RedHat/Fedora)
Unix scripting (Shell, Perl)
Implement security and failsafe systems
Monitor server hardware
Maintain the backup systems
Troubleshoot basic day-to-day software/hardware issues
Solid web-related skills
Tuning, optimizing, indexing and monitoring existing servers
Performing upgrades, recoveries, dump/reloads, version migrations as needed
Networking and Routing Fundamentals (Ethernet, IP, dynamic routing)

Several years experience required
Fluency in Russian is crucial
Good knowledge of English
