  • Continually measure, monitor and improve overall performance of the operations teams (KPIs) and giving regular feedback to teams/team leads;
  • Manage incidents and provide strong resolutions; partner with other teams where needed;
  • Partner with 2nd and 3rd lines of defence to resolve issues/risks on a timely basis. Advocate a risk aware culture within Fraud operations, guaranteeing secure and compliant general operational processes;
  • Maintain a strong view of team costs, ensure promotions and salary reviews are within budget expectations and support wider budget management;
  • Support the growth of the domain with strong expertise and ability to influence all the relevant stakeholders;
  • Ensure development, documentation and regular updates of necessary work procedures;
  • Lead significant cross-team projects requiring material decisions and content contribution, as well as project management;
  • Work closely with the other functions in the domain, and other relevant teams to bring larger-scale impact, and align with them on overall vision;
  • Contribute to definition, scoping and execution of long term plans and objectives in the Fraud domain, in coordination with the relevant Product teams, and other relevant internal or external stakeholders projects and products;

Requirements
