
Task Description:
Handling customer queries received by phone, fax, email or post
Making flight reservation, bookings and/or changes
Providing information about the airlines rules and regulations
Handling complaints
Frequent Flyer Program queries
Many other activities related to the client’s service offering
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian verbal and writing,
Fluent in English verbal and writing,
Very accurate and attention to detail
Very good knowledge of MS Office Applications
Strong customer service focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team
