The Role
As a First Line Support Operator, you will provide immediate assistance to our clients via email, instant messenger and phone. The majority of these queries are resolved immediately with the remainder being triaged with all relevant information onto Second Line Support so every case can be resolved within agreed time frames.
Additionally, you will continuously update the clients on the current status of the progress of their case, notify the Second line of all priority issues and highlight lower-level cases where progress seems to have stalled. 1st Line of Support works in day-shifts.
Required Skills
- Client service experience
- Good communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of different sports
