The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Resolving technical issues by communicating with clients via live chat and tickets
• Conducting various tests and checks for errors in the system
• Building a personalized package offer for clients
• Working with CRM software

• Native Finnish and C1 level English languages both verbal and written
• CRM software experience
• Detail-oriented nature
• Experience in a Customer Support position would be an advantage
