Arte Bunkering is searching for a Financial Analyst to join the Finance and Accounting team in Tallinn, Estonia, whose main responsibilities will be reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting with a focus on the marine fuels industry.

Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst role is responsible for working with the management team to help them make upper-level management decisions through financial information data reports, modelling, and visualisation, to form business strategies. Additionally, the position entails relaying information from accounting department to the management team, ensuring accuracy of the information.
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
- Analyze cost efficiency of company resources and operational focus
- Constantly analyze sales, identifying trends and dependencies, resulting in proposals to senior management
- Update and improve the company’s BI (business intelligence) applications
- Cashflow monitoring and improvement of the cashflow model
- Development of models supporting the company objectives
- Monitoring and verification of data accuracy
- Month end data reconciliation
