Job Description

As a Financial Controller, you will join the Ramirent Group Finance team, working from Tallinn in an international environment where English is the primary working language.

Group Finance is responsible for financial accounting, reporting, and planning processes and tools. The team reports financials to Loxam Group and Ramirent Group leadership and supports local entities with financial analysis and reporting processes.

We are continuously developing our ways of working and aim to build a strong, efficient, and service-oriented finance framework across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including coordination with local entities and data quality checks
  • Prepare analyses and reports for Group management and stakeholders
  • Support Group entities in accounting and reporting-related topics
  • Participate in developing accounting and reporting processes and tools

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A solid foundation in financial accounting
  • Good understanding of P&L and balance sheet structures
  • Approximately 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience with group reporting or consolidation
  • Background in auditing
  • Familiarity with tools such as Oracle EPM or Power BI
