Job Description

• Coordination and management of financial document flows
• Contributing to the processing of Value Added Tax (VAT) refund requests to the fiscal authorities
• Assistance in preparation of VAT exemption certificates
• Providing assistance to the Finance and Budget Sector as requested
• Preparation of documents, coordination and management of document flows
• Keeping an agenda, organising and coordinating appointments, meetings for the units and departments
• Assisting in all planning, execution and monitoring processes
• Providing input to reports

Requirements

• University degree or secondary education and at least 3 years of proven professional experience
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience of which minimum 3 years of experience in finance
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment
• Ability to exercise professional discretion in a highly confidential work environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment
• Advanced level of English; French would be an asset
